Looking for a virtual tour program like vtshowcase (.com). I need the capability to have templates (with 10 different color backgrounds) that can have panoramic or regular photos added to make a virtual tour. Please check out the site to know what I am talking about. This site needs to have editable links where they can put in up to five links in which they can point to with http. When the link is clicked on, it will pull the linked site external to the presentation. This needs to be in flash. This bid is for a site and automated flash site creation from selected templates. I need at least 10 different templates. They must first create an account. Once an account is created and they pay (after trial period), they can create such presentations. The presentation will automatically be assigned an ID and will be created for instant review, editing, and linking. They will link to the URL of the presentation from their sites. All presentations will be hosted on my site. So, the site must generate a link also to the presentation. I need an admin control panel and a user control panel. Users can subscribe on a monthly basis to this service. In addition, they can monitor and track all presentations created. Each presentation can contain up to 50 photos, but only 10 scenes. When a scene is clicked, it will show the presentation in the screen. Each scene can have up to 5 pictures. I also want the capability of adding a voice over to each scene. So, consider audio for each individual scene. They need the capability of adding their photo, name, address, and company logo. Each scene can also have flashing text under the photos. This text will play along with the photos from the scene. Pictures input into the scenes should have capabilities of being zoomed in and out and also panning (up/down/left/right). An audio button should be there to turn sound up and down as well as mute. This presentation should be able to be created on the fly and generate links to its page on the fly so that customers can immediately link to it. Files should be compressed greatly. Please explain the technology you will use in PMB. Winner of bid not only needed for initial development but for ongoing development for future enhances. So, I am looking for someone with great business skills and who is looking for a long term business relationship. Payment: Once 20% of the project is done, then 20% of payment will be made. Once 50% of the project is completed, then an additional 30% will be paid. The rest will be paid upon completion. A project plan laying out your time allocated to the project is needed. You will have 5 days after winning the bid to provide a project plan. You are paid from the project plan as it will determine what level of work has been done. Look at the site recommended. Remember that this needs to be automated with presentations created on the fly on the server. I need to know what technologies I will need to have in place. In the admin control panel, I can approve non-paid presentations as well as edit, input, or delete presentations. I need to know various information for keeping up with dates (Presentations created during a date range, specific month, specific day). I also need to have reports of presentation expirations. All projects expire after one year for the date that the specific presentation was created. I need various other running reports. In addition to this, I have other set templates that I will upload. With these templates, they can choose them, we edit, add narrations, and upload. Then we upload the link to their control panel. These should also have unique IDs. These templates do not have to be created. When they do choose a template, I need for them to be able to listen to voiceovers and choose a voiceover, if needed. Otherwise they can choose none or allow us to choose for them. The control panels should keep up with all presentations. Please read this thoroughly and be creative.
