81576 Web site head graphics

I need some graphics design done + a little flash animation on top of that. I want something similiar as the following: Go to [login to view URL] click on Contact. There is a graphics with a satellite dish in the middle. I want a some hi-tech graphics designed with a grid similiar to the one used by [login to view URL] and with a similiar flash effect - the dots that move accross the grid, but more frequently. The whole thing should not be just a copy of what there is at [login to view URL] but rather something creative and original. You can use hi-tech elements, such as computers, network cables, etc. The left handside should contain the logo (it will be provided) and the company title. The main colour to be used for the whole thing should be #186ECE or similiar The whole thing once completed should be received as .fla file. During the development stage a demo is in .swf format is required When considering the project winner the balance between price and quality will be important!
