Flash screensaver - need improvements

hi, pls view the attached screensaver. The concept is for the little people to walk randomly and then when they bounced into each other, a text box will popup with some company slogans. The previous provider did a good job, but the flash artifical intelligence is not working too well. e.g. 1. sometimes the "meet and talk" doesn't work. Also, they sometimes overlap each other e.g. walk on top of each other or through each other. Next, they also walk on top of the table or people sitting at the table. I need the AI improved to be more random and more realistic i.e. don't walk on top of each other. I will need some more minor artwork adjustments but minor. I need the projector image to change randomly. Like a real presentation. Finally, if possible, i need the clock to be "real time" reflecting the actual computer clock timing. But this is optional. pls state in your bid if you are including the clock in.
