Flash Website Template

Hello you all! I need a website in flash, just like this ones: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] It's a simple work for those who knows flash well! It's basically a website that loads external .swf files! It needs to be simple, like a template, so I can edit as I want! I'll need named layers and organized as well! Here we go.... It's a website in flash, that has a menu in the left, vertical. Each button loads an external .swf in the stage, that occupies the entire screen, as you can see in the examples. 1. When the website loads, appears a welcome box, that has some instructions (editable) and has a "start" button. This "start" button closes the welcome box, that's it. 2. The Menu: its a vertical menu with many buttons. I need to be able to add more or remove them according to my necessities. Each button loads a different .swf in the main stage. Also, when the mouse is over the button, it shows a small thumbnail. It has the space for the logo in the top. 3. The site layout: as you can see, there is a small header that can have the texture or color changed and a small footer, that needs to be editable also, being able to include text etc. 4. Fullscreen button is needed as you can see in the examples. 5. In the bottom, we have two buttons: "instruções" = instructions, when you click, a window pops up in the screen, with editable content. The other opens an external webpage. 6. I want to be able to add more buttons, so when the person clicks on it, it opens a window inside the website, so I can insert a email form, informations, etc. Basically I need buttons that opens pop ups, like the instruction ones! If you create the instruction one, I can copy for the others I need. Thats it! Thanks guys!
