I need a fundraising expert

The Dodge Theater Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to preserving and developing programming for the Historic Dodge Theater in Dodge City, KS. We are in a process of rehabilitation and preservation of the building. For this push of the project, which would enable us to open to the public, we are in need of raising as much as $100,000. Local support and funding is difficult because of the high density of poverty in Southwest Kansas. The building is also in the dilapidated historic district. The property is excluded from the STAR bond program along with the Ford County government center and the District Courthouse. We are in need of a fundraiser who will work on commission initially to prove their effectiveness. We are also in need of somebody who is familiar with funding sources and grant opportunities beyond our local region. The uncle was the chief architect of the golden gate bridge and pioneered the craftsman style of architecture, with historic buildings throughout the Midwest. The nephew was a trail blazer in Spanish revival architecture. The first movie premiere outside of Hollywood occurred in this Dodge City Theater.
