Logo Design Project

1. Project Overview: (a) This project, which encompasses all deliverables as outlined below, has a fixed budget of $ 200 U.S. Dollars. (b) This project requires the person or entity (hereinafter, "Service Provider") whose bid is chosen to bring the following artistic illustration to life by creating a surreal, high resolution, high color logo: [login to view URL] (c) The logo will also contain our company name using a semi-gradient color range, soft shadows behind some or all of the lettering, and some dimension to the lettering as well. Examples of Letter Dimension and Shadowing: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (d) Here are some of the colors we have in mind for the color of our company name: Red: #C80708; Purple: #BB00BB; Pink: #FF00CC. (e) The man and woman will have the following characteristics: i. Hair Color of Man = Dark Brown (Example: [login to view URL]) ii. Hair Color of Woman = Brunette (Example: [login to view URL]) iii. Hair Length and Style should be the same as depicted in the image link referenced in section "1(b)" above. iv. Eye Color of Man = Blue (Example: [login to view URL]) v. Eye Color of Woman = Blue (Example: [login to view URL]) vi. Skin Color of Man and Woman = Caucasian (Example: [login to view URL]) vii. Body style/characteristics should be exactly as depicted in the image link referenced in section 1(a) above. (f) Service Provider must be able to create logo whose quality is equal to or better than the quality exemplified in the following examples: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (g) Logo file should be in a file format that can be resized (larger or smaller) without any loss of image quality. 2. Terms and Conditions: (a) Service Provider must be 21 years of age or older to be considered for this project. Please do not bid on this project if you do not meet this criterion. (b) Examples of previous work are required. (c) Winning Service Provider will not use "Swoosh" (pre-designed) logos or any pre-designed artwork for this project. (d) Legally protected artwork must not be used for this project! (e) Provide two logo concepts within 5 days after accepting this project. (f) Complete project within 15 days after a logo is chosen from one of the two logo samples (excluding weekends and holidays). (g) Service Provider will accommodate unlimited revision requests made by Service Buyer until a final version is chosen by Service Buyer. (h) Payment for services will be made upon successful completion of this project. (i) Service Provider agrees to relinquish all rights to the logo(s) and master files at the time in which payment is made for services rendered. (j) Service Provider will send all master files associated with this project to Service Buyer (preferably .eps and .ai format). (k) Service Provider will send Service Buyer a separate logo file in .png format 110px in height by 440px in width. (l) Service Provider must possess the ability to read and write English fluently. (m) Must possess the ability to communicate with and respond to Service Buyer inquiries within 8 hours of each communication using one or more of the following methods: private email, MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, GAF PM, telephone. (n) Service Buyer reserves the right to cancel this project without legal or financial consequence if the final deliverable is inconsistent with the quality or characteristics described in the Project Overview and/or Terms and Conditions, or if the Service Provider is unable to produce two logo concepts within the timeline referenced in section "2(e)" or complete this project within the timeline referenced in "2(f)" of the Terms and Conditions.
