InDesign CS5 / CS6 Expert Page Setter and Designer Required

We require a professional page setter to create a four page order form using InDesign CS5 or newer from example documents in PDF format. The successful bidder will add improvements to the overall design and style. Further projects like this will be offered as we have a large number of similar documents to create based on the same theme. You must clearly understand InDesign, and be used to creating templates, and style pallets etc. Design skills are necessary as this project requires placement of graphics / images and logos. If you also have knowledge in creating complex, fillable forms in Adobe Acrobat, please indicate this in your bid message. Please supply examples of previously completed tasks. You must be able to communicate fluently in English, and be ready to work on this project immediately. Please confirm this in your bid / message.
