Publication & Web Design Collateral for Educational Non-Profit

Looking for a graphic designer to work with our non-profit (ideally 2x a week in Pune, though working remotely is also fine) on various publications & web collateral. We have a clear idea of what we want and would like the designer to replicate designs for us based on samples off the web. Command over Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop would be necessary. Pay would depend on the person's speed and competency. Length of engagement would be for all these projects: Printed Material: - General Information Brochure, 26 pages - Community Report, 22 pages one-sided - Trifold Leaflet (3 types, different text same design) - Short Programmes Poster Brochure - 4 Posters (Single photo with text) - Video DVD Cover Online Materials: Banner ads (6 banners, varying sizes) Facebook collateral (10-15 banner & ad images) Graphic Design Tutoring Finally, if the person is interested in teaching introductory graphic design we could work out a 6-10 week class schedule with various modules. I think someone who knows their way around design software and is just starting out may be good. We have a clear idea of the look and feel of each piece and basically want someone to replicate it in Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator.
