I am an individual that has had a program built. Unfortunatly he had over teo(2) monthes to do the job but I do not have a program. Any taking this job will have a short time to deliver the changes. I want the changes done by Friday January 18th,2019. All my lead time was wasted on my last programer.I will send you the program. you can make changes in the code as you see fit. I do not want the clarity of the chart changed or how it fills the full screen. I have a letter telling of my requirements and how and where they are to be placed. You as the programer knows what can or can not be done and I am open to discussion.
