Design a Brochure

Real Estate in China We're looking to put together a tri-fold brochure for prospective Chinese clients looking to buy American real estate. We just launched this year and consist of a team of close friends and family, so we're looking to create a polished yet accessible design. Requirements: 1) Express our theme of "One Stop Shop": multilingual, easily contactable in the US and China, work with a top tier agent in the US with experiences and services branching into immigration, education, relocation, and investment properties. 2) Find/create appropriate images and designs that align with our existing logo 3) Design around Chinese text (no translation or Chinese language ability required, but it'll be a plus) We have stock photo accounts and have pre-bought rights to photos online. All the written content is completed and ready to be uploaded onto the brochure. Cover: Appealing design, landscape or scenery with a focus on California. Contents: The first 20-30% of the brochure will focus on why buying in the US is a great investment with one or two graphs showing trends The rest should focus on our list of services, company introduction, a brief introduction of key team members and how their experiences can help. Back Cover: QR Code, Contact information That's all that's crucial to our brochure, but we'd love to hear your thoughts and collaborate on something appealing to the Chinese market, not just stereotypical Chinese imagery!
