1600's Era Game design for Ship based 3D Trading Game

We are looking for someone who can do Very High quality 3d Modeling. We are using Unity 3D with Aquas (Water effects style) and AAA style graphics. This is a desktop Steam game MMO with large maps/scenes so efficiency is a must. Currently we don't have a dedicated designer and hope to find someone in the near future. Though this isn't a promise but good results here would mean we will go to you if future work at contract. PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE. Current price is a placeholder. We however are here for VALUE. Price will be determined on quality we expect and agreed in detail before successful bid. Failure to not meet per-agreed expectations you will be expected to rectify or drop the job. All items given will be full property of us. Items will not be owned by the creator or re-used in ANY way. You may use to get other work as a portfolio and EXPECT a reference from us. DON'T use other peoples work. Who does this project suit? Individuals (though teams wont be ignored). Very High English proficiency expected and clear communication. People who can work independently. Daily (if needed) status updates will be verbally communicated as well as expectations in Australian Time Zones. Your skill proficiency can be lower however expect we will wait for the quality to be the level we expect. Time for this to be completed is flexible however fast completion isn't a issue. What we are looking for? You will be expected to do the following: 12 Different high quality ship dock prefabs. The ship dock prefabs should be modular and contain 3 different size sets. Ship Dock Small/medium/large with 4 different style designs each. The prefab for each should be extendable meaning a small ship dock can have extra bays added for additional ships. This should be realistic graphics with high quality meshes. Design should be able to fit into uneven terrain. Design should be 1600's to 1700's historically accurate. We expect small to be made of wood. Medium some stone and Big to be made mostly of stone and wooden dock structures. We don't mind if you use other assets (Just for ship docks) pre-made however end product must be unique and full rights and ownership to us with zero conflicts. You must get pre-approval by us for use of other assets. Fully Functional Ships. (If you are only capable of making models and not scripts please mention your bid doesn't include scripts however models must meet requirements for future scripts) Ships will be player walk-able exteriors and interiors. All objects will be made individually then into a prefab. ALL ships will be 1600's era and historically realistic. Scripting (C# or Java with Unity): - If cannons - Cannons will fire (movement. Smoke and cannon ball graphic) - Sails will move with global wind variables - Ship Damage Effects - Ship Sinking Effects - buoyancy - Water effects around the ship as it moves. (Compatible with aquas) - Camera and player controller with speed, mass, drag and health Scripts must be able to be used for commercial uses and not copyrighted against use in a commercial game. What ships we will be asking for: 3x Fishing ships 17x Transport Ships 20x War / Pirate Ships Ask for details Unique designs and different meshes should be able to be applied. Sails should be able to have custom images on it in the prefab. Included in the screen shot is the design style, Current ships we have (we want higher quality was just used for testing) Trees and textures will change to higher quality. A example of quality level we want: Ships - In the unity assets store "Queen Anne's Revenge Pirate Ship" Ship Docks - In the unity Asset Store "Fishing Wharf and Scaffolding" Higher quality meshes and prefabs expected. Different materials used. Docks will be expected to Build Ships, Cargo, and Fishing. We will give you access to all current assets if needed to help with design.
