Wissenschaftliches Schreiben Hello. I need someone who can write a stellar, academically VERY THOROUGHLY researched and VERY WELL written article on CrowdFunding. The article should be at least 15 A4 pages long (I'll pay more when longer!), single line spacing, plus list of literature / sources used (I expect that to be 4-5 pages long at least (in addition to the 15 pages text!). You need to cite academically correctly, naming ALL sources in footnotes, using the current version of the Harvard Business School Citation Guide (can be downloaded for free!). Content: The topic is CrowdFunding ("CF"). You should first describe how CF started in today's environment. Explain that it is not a new phenomenon (mention Pulitzer and funding the foundation of the Statue of Liberty in the late 1800s). Explain how CF works, who are participants, who are target groups. Explain why CF is an alternative form of funding, compared to others. Work out why CF did come (back) into existence, what role the internet and social media play, why traditional ways of funding - for example (but not limited to): bank loans are no longer a prime source of funding (power of banks, unwillingness of banks to lend money, financial crisis, loss of credibility of banks). Discuss Venture Capital vs. CF, give numbers. Explain the various forms of CF (donation, preselling, investment, loan, sourcing, royalty, realty, remittance...). Make international comparisons (the article may NOT be US-centric), I want a very global approach - yes, mention the JOBS Act in the US, explain what it is all about, show the impact on the US economy (creation of 2 million jobs), but also refer to Europe, ideally China as well. Discuss that after 80 years, the SEC gave up the requirement for a prospectus when raising money (up to US$1M), compare that to other countries, how is the issue of raising investment CF handled i.e. in European countries. Discuss the impact of CF on emerging markets/developing countries - showcase i.e. [login to view URL], discuss micro loans, describe the attitude of crowdfunders regarding the repayment of loans (via CF, loans are more likely to be repaid than loans from banks - give numbers, discuss those facts and figures). Discuss problems with CF: fraud, idea theft and social sanctions (i.e. the case of "Freaker"). Discuss the very often lack of entrepreneurial knowledge (many projects/ideas are great, but bringing them to economic fruition, even with the right amount of funding is hard! I.e. the case of "the coolest cooler" (see Kickstarter). Also discuss that and why there is a plethora of CF platforms worldwide - what distinguishes them primarily, why are they mostly regional, etc. Remember: sources - sources - sources!!! But: come up with your own ideas, opinions, solutions! It must be a broad academic discussion, showing various opinions but also your own - leaning towards that and why CF is changing the world, that CF has the potential to make the world a better place (and explain why!), go as far as concluding that CF can replace banks, banks are not needed. The world is a social network and its peers within can be regulated via social mechanisms, explain how monetary flows could be handled, etc. You see that there is a big array of issues. Break the article into sections / headlines. I want to discuss with you first how the article is to be structured. Then let's discuss the content step by step.
