Numerology Calculator Weebly website

I require a plugin that will function on WEEBLY that will calculate the Numerology numbers pertaining to a person’s Name and birthdate. This should be a fairly easy project for the right person as there are many similar calculators on websites already that could be use as templates. The customer would enter their full name (as listed on their birth certificate), birthdate and email address into a set of boxes. If they have a name given at adoption, the birth name needs to be entered and the adopted name written in the comments box. The first, middle and last name each would have their own boxes. For the birthdate, the month, day and year would have their own boxes. The numbers would be calculated and the results set to trigger a set of preset emails… one to ( email removed by freelancer.com ) and another to the customer.
 The calculations required would be for the (details and examples are below) 1. Life Path - sum of birth date numbers
 2. Heart’s Desire - sum of vowels in the person’s name
 3. The Secret self – sum of the consonants in a person’s name
 4 Destiny - sum of all name letter values;
 5. The Karmic Lesson – A list of the numbers not found in the full name
 (example, no 4s and no 9s)
 6. The Personal year – the sum of the birth month, birth day and current year. Note: I worked with a developer a couple years back. He was unable to finish the project. I do have that php file and legally can share it with you... if you want it. Some corrections are still needed. It was made to be a Wordpress plug in but I need it for Weebly now. Detailed instructions/examples are below.
