Promotional Video's and Images Required for our different Brands

We require someone who can build us promotional video's quickly. We ideally need someone who already has access large database of templates with resell right so they can create them by simply adding some text or pictures etc. We do not require complex video's we just need someone who can use other templates or create new ones which be all mainly for posting on our Facebook pages, Twitter etc. Most of these will be less than 20 seconds as just be for offers etc. We have different brands like furniture, couriers, travel so diff type of video's be needed on-going basis. We also need some images for our new courier and travel websites so you must have resell rights on them so we can use them!
