Responsability, guidance, leadership, managing, building , innovating in a Latin niche, comunication, training. If those word describe you please read my proyect description attached. I manage a Restaurant and a food court at a supermarket. Both are very low in tech development and owners are old. I am looking to develop a strategy to modernize both places and also to launch my own projects, starting everything on my own. Need a reliable developer who can guide me to make my dreams possible. First project. Elaboration of an app which can help me manage the food court. Mainly human resources information, task description, policy, standard, ongoing training, checklist supervision. Creation of education for employees, animated videos. Second Project. Elaborating a web page for the food court backed by shopify to star selling online. Customer service management. Social media management, content creation to brand our store online since we don’t even have a web page. Graphic design. Next projects have to do with my main restaurant, basic replicating everything I did once this is working. Other projects to do with my creating my on brand, youtube channel and more also but don’t want to go too fast. Looking for an effective, long lasting business relationship based on growing together. Lots of guidance needed, lots of potential.
