We had a logo made many years ago but have since lost the original files. All we have now is a scan of a printed copy of the logo so we need it recreated. The logo is a simple two-color line art depicting an open book with water pouring out of it. There is also curved text above and below the center portion of the logo which we have blocked out because it needs to be changed. This project is to recreate this logo as a vector graphic in a common format (most likely EPS) as well as PDF for easy viewing. You are not to use any raster->vector conversion tools. You must recreate the lines and gradients as closely as possible to the original logo. Once you have successfully recreated the original logo, we would be happy to consider adding additional milestones for creating new versions that update the style or present new design ideas.
