I need someone to design a top panel and basic layout for a website homepage which deals in colorful slippers/flip flops. Please note you don't have to build a website, or anything to do with html. Our website developer can take care of implementing it. I will be needing a rough idea for it, By layout i mean the following: [login to view URL] are going to concentrate on the top panel which consists of logo placement, panel for menu and other topics, "These templates are readily available I know, so not looking for those typical template style of designs, BUT RATHER SOMETHING COLORFUL AND BOLD".
