B - Translating a transcript and subtitles to 4 min video from English to Hebrew and encoding the subtitles on the video

[login to view URL] Freelancer should translate the word file and srt to Hebrew and put Hebrew subtitles on the video. Work should be submitted in all 3 manners: a. Be encoded into the video. The quality of the video should be the same as the original. The video should be in a format that allows it to be uploaded to YouTube and facebook. Subtitles should be in white, with a black shadow, and should be read easily. b. Submitted as a SRT file c. The translation of the word file should be submitted as a word document Work should be submitted within 24 hours of awarding the project.
