igive.com "shopping window" clone

Hello all. I need a program that works just like the "shopping window" on igive.com. Please go to [login to view URL] and sign up for a new account (it's free and takes a second). Then download the shopping window and test it. Here is how it works: [login to view URL] has hundreds of online sites that they have partnered with. when someone signs up for an account and downloads the "shopping window" it installs a small program on there computer. I think it uses Active X controls. Then when that person types in the URL address of one of igives partners into there internet browser it redirects that person through the [login to view URL] sight and then takes them to the site they typed in. So if they type in [login to view URL] the program takes them through [login to view URL] first and then on to landsend.com. Please download and test the shopping window BEFORE you bid on this project. Please do not bid on this project unless you are 100% sure you can complete the project.
