Freehand Sketch or Computer Sketch Design

Looking for a concept in 3-D freehand design or simple computer layout of a restaurant that wants to convert into a club Moroccan feel. I need a simple floor plan of the layout with club booths, club tables and DJ booth. In the freehand design I would also like to see drapes for window coverings as well as cloth that drapery that hangs form ceiling. My main focus is to just get a feel on how the new renovation project could look like. Looking for something that is just pencil freehand for now that can later turn into a 3-D computer rendering. Need this finished by this Sunday. Simple easy project for someone who can sketch by hand or create a eazy layout on a computer rendering and looks clean. I have photos of the restaurant as well as a simple layout on how I would like the layout to look like. Looking for a simple layout to start out with to give the customer a feel. Not looking for any deep detail. I have a low budget to start off this project. $30-$40 tops
