Hey, We are looking for someone to code a script that can detected emojis within an image. An example screenshot is attached. We have experimented internally with imagemagick's subimage search but it's too slow. Ideally, we'd like this script to run in less than 2 seconds. We think utilizing phashes would help but we are don't have the time or experience needed.

Hi, I could not see your attachment, but the simplest and most efficient method for detecting emojis I think is template matching, while if you need more precise algorithms we could use cascaded classifiers, but in your case I think the former approach is enough. Best, Mehdi
