Build few backlinks to some websites (only public links)

I have 2 websites. I want to build some backlinks to these sites. Here are the types of links needed : 1) Weebly and Tumblr blogs for each of the site (both should have atleast 2 posts on matching content and one link from each post 500 word post). The blogs should not interlink. You must use separate accounts to create blogs on each (total 4 needed) 2) 25 high pr social bookmarks to each site (you can use old accounts but no pharma, adult etc. links should be present in those accounts) 3) 2 document sharing sites (you can use same content from blog posts) to each website 4) 10 generic links from different websites (local citations, website mentions, author mentions etc.) Try to keep these from high pr sites and do follow if you can. Can use old accounts but again no pharma, health or adult links. Total price for project is $50. Should be done within 2 days time. It looks like much work but you don't need to build any accounts, except 2 on weebly and 2 on tumblr. Also you need to write 4 - 400 to 500 posts. Rest everything is copy paste.
