About the Role Engagement with Existing Key Accounts | Phone & Email based only | We are looking for an individual to help us fuel growth in Australia. The individual will focus and work closely with the key clients towards new supply growth, timely customer relationship and engagement. This will also need capacity for out- of- the- box thinking and innovations to keep identifying faster and more efficient ways to identify revenue channels from existing clients. What You ll Do • Manage relationship with assigned Key Accounts only over the phone and emails (not on field). • Achieving sales targets by account mining for additional business through continuous client engagement and client servicing. • Focus on retaining and growing existing accounts. Building long-term relationships and solving customer problems. • Lead generation is the core KPI through constant customer engagement • Evolve Account mining & penetration strategies to achieve business targets and increase organization's share in customer's marketing and branding spend. • Responsible for maintaining relationships and act as an internal advocate for the customer. • Excellent in handling clients’ queries, nurturing, collaborating with clients • Focus on developing an in-depth understanding of the customer’s business in order to effectively identify solutions that fit well with the customer’s strategy and needs. • Develop customer insights through consistent customer engagement and which contribute to sales orders. • Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and Face of organization to assigned strategic customers. • Farming role. Build and cultivate relationships and opportunities, typically within existing accounts. • Evolve Account mining & penetration strategies to achieve business targets and increase organization's share in customer's marketing and branding spend. • Manage the farming sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in timely, reliable, and consistent manner.
