Make 30+ videos for ads and tutorials

I need some videos made explaining how our new software works. The software that the videos are for is called Merch Along. You can check out our website to see what it does: www.merchalong.com. In short, it helps business owners organize their print on demand business. The software is brand new and current users are loving it, the videos need to be informative, modern looking and eye-catching. The videos will be used for either: 1. ads on places like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or 2. content for [login to view URL] posted via YouTube to increase organic traffic Please tell me about your: 1. video production experience 2. if you have any SEO experience (do you understand what keywords are and how to use them?) 3. what kind of design experience you might have or animation experience 4. schedule and days you could work Please provide examples of each. Requirements: 1. Excellent English is necessary 2. Uploading each video to our YouTube channel is important. 3. Great internet connection Please tell me: How can you make this project successful? Will you be able to provide videos on a daily basis? Can you provide Voice-overs with the video or not? I would prefer if you used Final Cut Pro X and Motion, but if you use Adobe, we can still chat about working together. This isn't just a project for one video, I need about 30, and possibly more, videos made. Each one will focus on one single aspect/benefit of the software, explaining what it is and how it works. I'm not going to hire from India, so please don't waste my time or yours. I will hire from the Philippines or Indonesia or Sri Lanka (and most other places).
