We require someone with experience in online advertising, A/B testing and website conversion optimisation and can sell these services to local and B2B businesses. The Sales and marketing Manager’s responsibilities are to manage the day to day activities of their Sales Assitants. Help develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting. Monitor customer activity and provide feedback to company leadership team. We are a lead from the front in the trenches type organization and fully expect the same from our Sales and Marketing Managers. This is a Full Commission Position. We require seasoned professionals who have experience leading successful sales teams. Responsibilities for this key position: ======================================= ==> Market and generate prospects and customers online for our offering ==> Recruit, hire and day to day manage a team of 10-15 sales Assistants in building, managing and closing deals ==> Hire more assistants when needed ==> Assist Sales Assistants in closing deals if needed ==> Attend Sales Trainings, Management Training and Meetings ==> Oversee the day to day sales activities of Sales Assistants in CRM ==> Ensure Sales Assistants are effectively onboarding and managing new clients ==> Follow up with prospects and customers via email and telephone ==> Close sales and help sales Assistants close sales Requirements: Experience and Skills. (No Exception) =================================================== ==> Minimum of 7 yrs sales management experience ==> Minimum of 5 years online marketing experience ==> Minimum of 3 yrs B2B sales and marketing experience ==> Have previous experience in setting up appointments and training sales assistants to set appointments and make presentations on the telephone ==> Previous experience presenting to Management and/or C level executives ==> Strong leadership skills ==> Must be able to effectively close sales ==> Understand the fundamentals of the sales funnel ==> Understand A/B testing & conversion rate optimization ==> Understand display advertising and retargeting ==> You must be highly self motivated and driven ==> Pig headed discipline NOTE: You'll be provided with training (NOT HOW TO SELL BUT HOW TO SELL THE PRODUCT.
