Risk and Safety assment required on a Plastic Shredder

I received a request from a community group in South Manchester to build them a Plastic Shredding machine that would allow them to recycle plastic waste. As a qualified mechanical engineer and someone who has had many years’ experience both commissioning and repairing electro mechanical systems I agreed to take on the project. The project has been completed and the shredder is working well, I have incorporated many safety features including digital current overload cut-outs, electrical interlocks on the lid, guards on any moving parts and a sacrificial torque link in the drive shaft coupling that will shear should the cutter become overloaded or jammed. As the shredder is to be used by a community group, I would like a Qualified Safety Engineer to perform a Mechanical and Electronic Risk and Safety assessment on the machine. I have documentation describing the operation of the shredder and an electrical circuit diagram available and I am more than happy to work with the Safety Engineer if required.
