We are a dental office that needs an effective referral tracking system. We have the system design written out. It is similar to a CRM system but is focussed on our needs. We would like the system to be deployable on AWS or Azure. A IOS data entry app is needed as part of the system. A reporting engine that answers questions is needed - the questions are in our document. Please ask me relevant questions that show you understand the project. We are looking for a nice, clean interface that we can work with.

Hello There, Thank you sharing the requirement document as it depicted clear picture of system needed. I'm writing my queries below: > One event per doctor visit or n event can include multiple doctor. Eg: Marketing Co-ordinator is visiting 5 doctors on 15th Dec so she makes 5 different events, right ? Can you please also elaborate if same is true for campaigns ? > To Confirm practice info is the doctor’s clinic ? > Document doesn’t talk much about study club can you please elaborate ? > Questions mentioned as reporting engine are to derive the data on dashboard and are understood. > IOS data entry app refers for the marketing co-ordinator to insert details, true ? I also recommend to have one for patient to feed in feedback and referral so it can automatically come in same DB. We understand that this is going to be an application used by nontechnical staff hence it’s important to be user friendly and we guarantee excellent user interface and experience.
