Iphone/Android App (Bubble Popping Game)

Hi, I want to create a small app. The app is a bubble popping game. Similar to brick breaker. You have a guy on the bottom that you can move side to side and rotate his "crossbow" or whatever item he has to pop the bubbles. The bubbles come down lower and lower and you gotta pop them. What I need - 60 levels divided into 4 groups ( each group basically just has a different background and the bubbles rearranged ) - Out of the 4 groups one is free and people have to purchase the other 3 if they want to play them. - They can also buy a different weapon. For example it pops 2 bubbles instead of 1 at a time. The levels are very basic and the thing that really changes is the background and the arrangement of the bubbles. I want the app for android and iphone. Let me know in your bid if you can do it for android or iphone, or the both of them for for the price you are bidding. I will provide the graphics and sound for the game.
