iOS Game Using Unreal Engine

I need an iPhone game created that uses the Unreal engine. The Unreal engine is a powerful 3D game engine that can be downloaded here. [login to view URL] I'm looking to create two different games. This project is just for one game but I'm leaving it open ended as to which one I choose to develop here. Game 1 - A flight simulator game that uses 3DS Max aircraft models (I have these) and sattelite imagery for the terrain. Game 2 - A golf game that uses 3d models for the golfer and the golf course. Please reply if you have experience with the Unreal engine. Then we can discuss which game is best suited for you. Thank you
