Pose estimation of rat and mouse using CoreML

Final product: iOS application that takes the camera video as an input and gives a defined score as an output Description: 1. Create a ML model using the motor scoring sheet of mouse and rats and videos (to be provided) following [login to view URL] 2. Output a motor score for the animal Resources: Most of the work has been done, and needs to be adapted: [login to view URL] Rat and mouse motor scores, definitions of "slight" "frequent" etc. are defined in the mouse PDF. Some videos: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I can provide MORE videos for testing and there are additional areas for tracking of behaviours from an mounted aerial camera (watching the animals move around), and also watching the animals eat up close -- if you do a good job on the project above, we can work together on a larger scale project.
