Need a javaEE programmer / architect to do server side programming of my project Design is almost done and will be provided, help will be needed to finish the design of some classes. more info & specs will be provided to selected one. Server - N clients architecture * glassfish or similar application server knowledge * java frameworks knowledge * data persistence * high performant and multithread * servlet knowledge is required * http encapsulation * video streaming knowledge is + * testing concepts are a + Good communicational skills are required. * This is a serious project and like good comunication, * Daily reports is a MUST * Skype connection is mandatory * comply with deadlines (will be agreeded together before starting) * comply with the agreeded bid, provide all source code be serious and professional * QA support and bug fixing to have a good quality product

It seems you need to work with spring(or Struts) and hibernate frameworks. these are best option available today for server side solutions and object persistence using java. these frameworks allow to follow their own mvc pattern to make the project a strict object oriented and robust. I can fulfill all your requirements with in a time period.
