Code to generate an small program to work with an Osayde model MSR 880

I need a small program capable to carry on almost some minimal tasks with the device Osayde model MSR 880 note: the device is detected like -- usb 1-1: Manufacturer: SZZCS ZCS80 -- I think is a kind of copy of MSR ZCS80, but I am not sure I need it write/read data from magnetic from an old program wrote in vb6 (note: the code could be written in other program language, I only need a way to command it by a raw text file for example).
