Java GIS Desktop Application Development using Luciad API

Development of Java Based GIS Desktop Application using Luciad API : [login to view URL] Requirements: Experience in Java and XML Full Stack Developer hands-on experience with Spring MVC and MVC UI Design/ Development Skill Hands on experience in Java applications development, including investigation of complex technical issues. Should be strong on database mainly on PostgreSQL Basic knowledge of RDBMS Proficient in Java, spring, Datastructure Very strong on algorithms, Data structure, OOPs and MVC. Work closely with Business Analysts and UX design teams to define and refine feature specifications Conduct proof-of-concept/technology, evaluate and make decisions around the use of new or existing frameworks and libraries and tools Lead analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods. Skill sets: 1. Luciad lightspeed (desktop) Java JDK/JRE (11) JavaFX Swing XML JIDE MVC PostgreSQL/PostGIS 2. Luciad RIA (browser) Javascript HTML CSS AngularJs Above mentioned requirements are the technology/framework that will be used for the development of Geovisualization software. There are readily available APIs (please refer the documents attached) on Luciad platform. Apart from the APIs, we have experts in various fields, who will be developing modules on other platforms (python, matlab) that needs to be ported in Luciad software by using .jar files. The developed software will fetch the data and encode too through server and database connected. We need suggestions on how to port the APIs which are majorly build on swing to JavaFX, as we will be using JavaFX for UI development.
