Price comparing java script/plugin

Hi dear developer. I need you to develop me a java script/plugin that can compare offers from diffrent companies for me. The software has to work like this: (using the example of used cars) The customer goes to the website which offers the best price for your used car among used car dealerships. The customer types in Hyundai Getz as the manufacture then getz the options of which engine it has, and at last the condition of it(Great, used, drivable and malfunction/needs work). After all the variables have been typed in the plug/system/java script or what else suits you the best, will give them best price from alle the dealer ships, that are connected to the website such as: What care do you have? Hyundai Gets 2005> What engine does it have? 1.3 85 HP> Whats the condition of it? Used and then afterwards the offers from diffrent dealers should pop up and you can choose whichever of them you would like. Obviously the best offer should stand the highest and the lowest as the last etc. Then beside the dealer ship you should be able to see what their type of payment is and whether they will pick the car up for you or whether you will have to deliver the car yourself etc. This is an example Just like this: (see the picture attached).
