jQuery bugs with flexslider and sidr projects

There are a few minor issues with the website that has been built. Need a proficient jQuery/Javascript developer. We are using flexslider, sidr, and superfish. Here is what is needed: 1. For flexslider we need the caption to animate on screen and off each slide. The caption should come on screen from the right and fade in after the slide has completed. Before it goes to the next slide the caption should slide out to the left and fade out. Much like this: [login to view URL] but not as complicated and only animating the caption. 2. sidr is a mobile jQuery menu canvas slider [login to view URL] . It works on the desktop, even on IE, can't get any mobile browser to mimic the functionality. This all must have progress made today and be able to work out any bugs during next week. You must: - speak perfect English - not live in India - message me with the 35th state of the United States.
