Create the frontend of our review site

We need someone to help our main developer creating the frontend of one of our new site's. Unfortunately due to bad experiences we wont be hiring anyone from: India/Bangladesh/Africa !! Whats needed: We need a set of landing page designs converted into HTML/SCSS with a quick turnaround. You will need to use Bootstrap and you are encouraged to use fontawesome where possible. Avoid writing lots of JavaScript as the markup you produce will be integrated into a Vue system, however, if you need some JS for certain display features you are encouraged to use jQuery and include this code in a separate file. But in the majority of cases you should use either CSS3 for animations or the features provided in bootstrap for UI elements such as dropdowns, collapsible elements etc. We are especially interested in freelancers with Vue/Vuex experience as this would increase your chances of being awarded future projects from us. Required skills: HTML SCSS/SASS Bootstrap JavaScript + jQuery Supplementary skills: Vue/Vuex You must give some examples of your previous work having used at least HTML + SCSS and Bootstrap. The max we want to spend is $600 (Depending on you'r skills) You will be getting a TXT file from us of which site's we used which elements, so you can easily take their CSS values already. Also you will of course get the designs on how the site must look.
