Custom generated STL files using Javascript

I need to generate custom STL files using javascript on demand. The generate file will be a circular disk with different attributes in the center determined by some parameters that I will be able to feed into the javascript. The attributes will be an array of 64 booleans, representing an 8x8 grid that will be in the middle of the circular disk. Based on the boolean each square on the grid will be occupied by a sphere that goes all the way through the disk. the entire disk should have smooth rounding. The file should be ready to print.
