Each value is one option • Education: equal to type in excel file • Major • Skill: In the excel file, if the skill is Java with S level and 2 years experience. It'll be display as Java (S/2). The format will be. - Skill (level/year) - Skill (level/year) - Skill (level/year) - Skill (level/year) ….. • Experience: Display as below -From~to: company name -From~to: company name -From~to: company name ……… For company/ employer 1. Fill in job description file. 2. Save to the Human Resource\#Draft Convert. 3. The system will read the file and get data 4. Update the values on the airtable 5. Upload file to cloud convert to convert to pdf file, keep the name 8. Put the file in the new folder created in step 5. 9. Update to airtable column file with format: [login to view URL] "File ID after uploading to drive". Read the file, get value and update the airtable. Airtable setting (values need to update and format). Column format is already set. The value getting from company just update directly into the equivalent column on airtable. - Job description: Update value directly in airtable • Type: type in excel • Position: job title • Salary range: salary • Traning: tick if the value display in excel file “ yes” and vice versa • Probation: tick if the value display in excel file “ yes” and vice versa • Company: company name • Business trip: tick if the value display in excel file “ yes” and vice versa • Certificate: Format is multiple selection. Values in file excel will be separated by “ ,”. Each value will be a option. • Status: available • Result: Finding candidate • The other column just update data.
