Ionic Professional - inappbrowser customization

Freelancer Created Ionic project must be fully loaded external website/ecommerce with all CSS/JS/DOM files and everything must work fluently like on native browser - lightbox, contact forms, social icons, checkout pages. Iframe, ajax, embed or any other object tags - can’t be used as solution - website must be loaded as in native browser (inappbrowser) because we don’t want to have issues in a future with android or apple store policy. Loaded website must have frames: 1. header frame (see in picture) 2. bottom frame (see in picture) 3. And slide menu (see in picture) In the frames we must have an option to easily add icons with links to fetched website. When clicked on icon it must be opened in the same window. It can not offer to be opened through the default browser of the user. Project must have slide menu - where we also can add icons and links. There must be a possibility to have offline pages which would be reachable through slide menu or the other place of a frame. (see in pictures) Only Ionic V3 and not a smaller one. There must be a possibility to change CSS file of loaded website in frame (same us iframe - when injecting onLoad(){ and simillar lines) It all must be done without any plugin to the server or to the original website. It all must work from atleast android 4 and from ios 7 PLEASE WRITE ONLY PROFESIONAL WHO HAD SIMILAR WORK!!!
