Create VB.net module/class to interface with JSON to get token then upload some data

Hi, looking for a vb.net module or class or even a simple project that will "post" 2 JSON objects. "[login to view URL]" returns the 'Token" that authenticates the "[login to view URL]" to post to a website. Using the "PostMan" application and the real JSON example files (not the attached examples) I can get the token and the manually enter it into the upload json file and it all works. Want this done as a module or class so I can tweak for our in house usage.
