Hi, It looks like you need a motion to set aside the judgment. You would need to attach some evidence that you no longer live at that address and then file the motion along with the exhibits in the court where the complaint was filed. Typically, the court grants these motions but then allows the other side to reserve you (properly) which gives you 30 days to answer the case. A motion to dismiss or strike would not be suitable here.
