Hi, we are a private limited in India. We want to establish a inc. in US (Delaware). Initially, we need to have a legal set up, a bank account and an address. One person (US citizen) might work part time from home to take customer calls.
If anyone pays using credit card, the money will be deposited in the US account. Which we should be able to transfer to India.
We are a start-up and hence work with shoe string budgets.
What we are looking for is some one who completes the job end to end. Basically we provide the details. You incorporate the company, open the bank account and set up the other things. Of course, there will be a person (our employee) but they are not knowledgeable about incorporations etc.
Please quote the project fee and all other expenses (like incorporation fee etc). per hour is very difficult to track.
