Looking for a Licensed Texas Lawyer to Negotiate Agreement of the Parties - Two Part Project The other party has a lawyer. Party has been instructed not to speak with me, and thus it has been extremely difficult to have the party (or lawyer) care to settle matters amicably and without greater time investment and expense. This involves a real estate matter. If you have litigation and family law experience, a divorce and annulment background, strong mediation and negotiation skills, this may be for you.
