API Stream on demand via API to chrome cast on lan

You will have a chrome cast and out output device such as monitor. ( we will use 27" monitor or TV ) We will send via api post to your service json containing url of a mp4 file ( we can change format if needed but would prefer not to ) Location of file on streaming server Number of times to loop the clip The file will stream on the chromecast. Ideally we can also " Kill the stream " at any point via api. If you know how to do this we want to hear from you. Notes: We can use another device attached to the TV We will most likely cable the chrome cast / device but will consider also using a 5GHZ wifi lan Ideally your service will be dockerised / linux environment. We have no guidance on tech stack.
