The most possible reason might be that all the port forwarding might be done for port 80 whereas now as you have SSL the port should be 443, I can look at the configurations and can help in the issue, I will have to check your current configurations and then proceed further, This task can't be done on local as local machines don't support SSL installations and can be done only on the server
