I am looking for someone to create a detailed list of approximately 100-200 prospective clients that meet certain criteria (to be discussed). The list will need to include certain specific details about each business/individual. FREELANCERS LOCATED IN THE USA ONLY PLEASE - PREFERABLY SOMEONE WHO LIVES IN A MAJOR METROPOLITAN AREA (DC, NY, LA, ETC.). Specifically, I am looking for a list of approximately 100-200 small businesses/startups located in Washington, D.C. (possibly, Maryland and Virginia). I have certain criteria in mind for which businesses I want on the list. For example, (1) I need companies owned/managed by individuals in between ages 32-42 who went to top 50 universities, (2) companies that are either startups or that have been in existence for 3 years or less (with profits), etc. etc.
