Polish speaking virtual/marketing assistant for various online tasks

I am looking for a Polish + English speaking virtual/marketing assistant, living in Poland, to support me in various online admin & marketing tasks for my design & publishing agency. In this current climate our business is growing, but the workload fluctuates so we are looking for a reliable and passionate freelance virtual marketing and admin assistant that can support me in maintaining a tight ship with a team of freelancers and a consistent online presence over the next 6 months. This freelance opportunity is on a per-needs hourly basis at short notice, working remotely, with opportunity for more regular ongoing work for the right person. We run a tight ship so you must be able to adhere to and work within our systems and processes, utilizing various apps and technology for collaborative remote work. Who you are: • Have at least 2-3 years experience as an admin & marketing assistant • Knowledge of all social media platforms and their related back end functionalities – Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, You Tube • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular design skills in Power Point & Keynote • Basic video editing skills (Apple iMovie or similar) to cut & edit videos • Knowledge of various project management software and applications • Data and analysis driven – you love metrics and measuring outcomes • Customer Service driven – you are a people person Your tasks will include (but are not limited to): • Supporting the Director in admin and marketing tasks • Researching our target demographic & other topics as requested • Copywriting, content writing & editing and content posting • LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube marketing, scheduling and content management • Set up tracking for ROI and report on tracking metrics and site analytics • Collating data, creating reports and reviewing statistics based on various metrics • Updating processes and procedures • Assistance with maintaining project workflows on time and budget • Collation and customisation of marketing proposals and presentations • General administrative duties as required
