What's your entry window? Simplest possibility is to run an appscript on google sheets to repeatedly query external Price data and email you when the flag is met. Alternatively we could set up a web app on your laptop in streamlit to draw charts and alert. Do get in touch to discuss. Interested in knowing if you have access to an api from your broker to get the data and the time-interval you are looking to trade.
