Hello, I am a Thinkorswim programmer and CME futures trader. So I can give you an objective vision to fulfill the project. The project can be carried out but there are certain limitations due to the functionalities of the platform. The scanner can be left running automatically but has a delay of 3-5 minutes. Timeframes cannot be combined. Either it's 1 minute or it's 5 minutes. However, both can be run at the same time, separately. For the scanner to match the graph you must use "LAST" data. It is the default but please note that if you use "MARKET" data the signal may not match. For point "Type1- 4" you can use only minutes, for 1 min timeframe. And "5 minutes" for 5 min timeframe. This means that only closing values ​​will be taken, no intermediate values ​​can be taken. For the point "Extras" - A): the results are informed by email. Once you receive the email you can enter the ticker in the graph to see the setup and the additional information that is required. The alerts are made by the platform by email, it accepts only American numbers to send SMS. The information included in the email is only the name of the Ticker. It may happen that after completing the project the code is so complex that the scanner does not return results. In case that happens, I assume the risk and you would not pay me for the project.
