Need a report generated for a small Access 2007/10 database

I am building a database in Microsoft Access 2007/2010 that records observations for pre-school / kindergarten children. It has two main tables, one with the children’s details and another with observations for each child. There can be multiple observations for each child. Each observation has a date, a written comment and then up to five specific lines of information that are picked from a list of options that relate to a specific framework. Each line has a category, a learning and development area (specific to each category), a skill displayed (specific to each learning and development area), a level (picked from a list of three) and a teaching outcome (specific to each learning and development area. Lines can have the same categories, learning development areas etc. This part all works now. I want to generate a single report that tells me for each child their current level for each of the 17 learning and development areas at a given point in time.
